SPECKLED & MOD: For a unique showcase house built by precast concrete pioneer George P. Rackle in the '50s, standard floor treatments might not be appropriate. Our challenge was to mimic the existing terrazzo floor for a small galley kitchen suffering from an unfortunate and badly worn carpet.

CUSTOM FIT for BURGERS & BEER: Made to order, a heavy rustic U-shaped bar top for Michael Symon's new location of the famed gourmet burger spot, complete with drink trough, inlaid old-school slate chalkboard (for customer doodles), and recessed tap for their impressive array of draft and craft beers.

RUSTIC & COUPLE-FRIENDLY: A bathroom VANITY TOP, fabricated with DUAL INTEGRAL SINKS based on a photo the client pulled from the internet. The desired finish was to be left unpolished out of the mold, with an ACID STAIN application to accent the NATURAL CHARACTER of the concrete.

WATERPROOF & STRUCTURALLY SOUND: A FRONT PORCH that was leaking into the basement rooms below, and SUPPORT COLUMNS that were rotted through at the base and dragging the roof down with them. The PORCH and STRUCTURAL SUPPORT were rebuilt, WATERPROOFED, and sealed with an industrial grade POLYASPARTIC COATING.
